FridaY~ 100 push-ups

I'm finally back to push-ups! Today was Week 3, Day 3 ~ it took me a full month to get here and today's total was 78! 30 days ago my total was 28! Next week doesn't look too bad, but I agree Tami, Week 5 looks terrifying!!!!! :eek:
Tomorrow is our 5k run and will probably be all I do. I have slacked off with my 2nd (pm) workouts and can really feel the difference. I need to get back on track! Sunday will be planning day for the next several weeks, end of year push. I keep losing inches, but not a freaking pound in 6 weeks! I need to stop eating so much! :confused:

Sorry I have been AWOL...I had a fundraiser one day last week and then, babysat on my other day. It has been a week since I have done my challenge! :( But, I am back at it! :D Looks like you guys aren't the only ones scared by week 5! I looked & it scared me so bad, I decided to re-do Week 4. Even that was tough after taking a week off. Here are my numbers: Week 4, Day 1 Column 2:

Jodi, thanks (I THINK :eek:)for alerting me that there are 8 levels week 5! I never noticed that! OH MY!!! Great job everyone. We have ALL progressed! I started out only being able to do 13 P-U's with good form when I started, 25 after my second Week and 30 when I retested after my 4th. week! THAT IS PROGRESS! Yeah! I don't know if I'll ever hit 100 but I am happy at this point to be doing more then when I started. ONWARD WE GO GIRLS!!!!

We'd love to have you join in. It truly does work to increase the amount one can do. It also holds us a bit accountable since we know we are checking in with each other. We have good days and bad days but all is good! We just keep at it. Hope to "see" you here!
