Hi all, I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of KCP then did chest from Step and Intervals(my foot was hurting from yesterday's All Step so I didn't think stepping again today was a good idea) then I did abs off of Leaner Legs.
Weight is still waaaaaay up, I am gasy and crampy again but not bloated this time around. The lactaid helps some but the cramping and gas are back and I can't figure out why. Pray I figure out what is going on with my body, I am really not enjoying getting older,sigh!!

Good morning all,
This is my cardio day so did the Ramp. It was fun, but not very intense...of course it was the basic workout as I'm just learning. If I'd had time, I'd have done it twice.
Anybody else tried this?
Stayfit, I hope your foot is healed VERY soon. I can't imagine you not doing the Gauntlet for very long! LOL

Thank you.I can't imagine me not doing the gaunlet for very long. I wanted to try one terminator workout this weekend but I am sure that the waiting time is going to make me enjoy the workout like never before.The positive mind is very important.I think that there is going to be only one week.

I'll post here too Stayfit...I've done the double posting start on the workout thread myself......I am sorry about your foot! You are in good shape though and I bet it will get better soon. I am happy you can still do the weight workouts....
Annette I had some of the same type symptoms and thought it might be IBS as we were going thru some very stressful times. I use this product called Digestive Advantage and it has helped. I got it thru CVS online but their website is www.ganedenbiotech.com and it will tell you where in your area you can get some or they can send you some samples to try......Carole
