Because I was sooo mad at the insurance for not covering my orthotics, I decided to punish myself and my heel and did the 1st three segments of Circuit Max and then the Power Drills from Cardio Kicks. I am sure I will feel it later on. Hopefully I will still be able to walk. }( x(
Felt good to do cardio even though I did have to modify some (didn't want to kill the heel totally :7 ). I was also down a pound this morning so that was a plus for the day!!!
