Good morning everyone....I am doing CTX back and tricep, maybe some drills from KPC and a 3 mile run....our weather has been really nice, as usual a bit too warm to soon...:)...Carole

Today is PLB, and a 3 mile run ..... plus my ab work ..... have a great day....... Rhonda:7
 
Because I was sooo mad at the insurance for not covering my orthotics, I decided to punish myself and my heel and did the 1st three segments of Circuit Max and then the Power Drills from Cardio Kicks. I am sure I will feel it later on. Hopefully I will still be able to walk.:( }( x(

Felt good to do cardio even though I did have to modify some (didn't want to kill the heel totally :7 ). I was also down a pound this morning so that was a plus for the day!!!:D
 
I'm glad you didn't kill that heel Annette... You 3 milers, I hope that you guys had a nice run!

40 min cardio and some PS back, chest and biceps. All the way w/40 lb on that biceps. :)
