frequency of each PS video per week?

My goal is to try to prevent boredom and stay motivated. After 6 weeks of PH/cardio kick rotation I'm ready to change.

PS is what I own. I also have step-heat and body-max.
Can I maintain good muscle & cardio fitness with doing PS tapes each once per week. Or should I aim to do them twice?
I thought of doing them once, and then trying a total body tape or power yoga once per week. I also aim to maintain 4 days cardio with this, but I don't think it will give me a day off. Is that not a good Idea?
 
Hi likes2bfit! I always like to promote one full day off per week. To make the above rotation work for you, you can try doing the two PS Upper body tapes on the same day (perhaps one in the am and one in the pm). And yes, you only need to do the PS series once per week. Good Luck!
