Freestyle Workout

Hi guys. I have been lurking around these posts for about a month and you guys are phenomenal. I would like to start freestyle training but need some help. Does anyone have a workout to suggest. My legs are really flabby and I get so depressed. I tend to bulk up really quickly on the bottom . I have a pear shape. The only cathe tapes I have are KPC and Legs and Glute. Any advice?
 
L&G with light weights!!! For freestyle you are supposed to use about 70% of your max weight for each exercise. Beyond that, lots of lunges. Walking lunges are great!
