Freestyle Question

Hey everybody,

I have read that alot of you do the freestyle training. I am planning on doing a hardcore rotation for 4 weeks but then want to do a freestyle. I am thinking something like this....

Sat: MIS + 60 min run
Sun: Slim Series Firm it up + 60 min run
Mon: PS Legs (standing only) + kickboxing
Tues: Muscle Endurance + CTX cardio
Wedneday: Run
Thursday: Leaner Legs + Step tape
Friday : Rest/Stretch

Does this look good? I am not quite sure. I am trying to get my legs killer. Thanks in advance

Hi Jenni,

You really should get the book and read it, it calls for you to use I believe 70% of the weight you would normally use... like if you would normally do lunges with 35 lb barbell, then you drop the weight to 25 lbs and so on, the book is real important..... Rhonda :7

The rotation doesn't look bad to me....
 
thanks for your quick response Rhonda....i will get the book...I just wanted to check with some experiened people. I am assuming you followed it. Did you get good results? THanks again
