Hi Ladies,

How is everyone today? Pretty good here. I am trying to get back into all this leg work. I did a 3.3 mile interval run last night and L&G. Monday I did a 5 mile run and abs. My TV keeps going out intermittently, my husband took it in last night to be looked at. Hopefully it is back by tonight. I guess it will be a run and some weight work without Cathe. I will give some of those exercises in the Freestyle book a try.

Hi ladies and also, welcome back Beverly.

I did Boot Camp this morning - love that workout because it's a little of everything in under an hour.

Tomorrow is something heavy cardio (maybe IMAX2) with a L&G premix added on. Depends on how much time I have. I can see that my muscles are shaping up nicely. Problem is the fat on top. So I'm upping the cardio and watching the diet. If anybody has any other ideas, please send 'em my way. On Friday I am going to my first Weight Watchers meeting. I'm really curious to see what it's all about.

Morning Ladies,

Yesterday, I did Abs and 20 laps around the track. Then, I thought (silly me) to do 1 lap of walking lunges but it was only a thought ;o) I only did maybe 30/40 lunges. And, my legs was on firer.

Those walking lunges sound like they are killer. Are they very effective? I can just see my husband laughing his tail off watching me do them around the backyard.;-)

Hi everyone,

It's been a crazy work week for me!

This morning was PS upper body with about half hour of L&G standing and then 50 walking lunges with 5lb weights. Next time I'll try 75.

My legs are also looking the leanest I have every seen them. They're looking solid (like Beverly's):) .

Weight Watcher's is a very healthy eating plan, IMHO!:D

Ladies, is it just me, or is TIME flying we’re all ready half way through May. My gosh!! Last night, when I got home I kind of change my workout a bit. I did 18 laps & PS Legs. I started not to workout at all so tired. I laid on my bed and felled asleep for 30 minutes. Then jumped up like the mad woman I am and decided to hit the track.

I have been neglecting my upper body, and really concentration on my lower, since this is my biggest problem. Got to stop this madness ;o) and pump some iron.

Tonight, Abs Imax 2 (1-5) and MIS upper. What are you guys doing.today?

Good Morning ladies....I decided yesterday I could not give up on this since I WAS seeing very good results. I am going to cut down on my workout times. I have started the P90X. I will do LB on 5 days, and not do any on the Yoga day, but that will also work my legs, just in a different way. Yesterday I did Cardio X and L&G's, standing. Today I will do Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper, and the ball work from PLB. Talk to you later.

I know what you mean, I have been neglecting my upper body too, had to start this week pumping some iron:7 .... Sounds like everyone is getting into this........ have a wonderful day ... Rhonda :7
 
Good Morning Ladies,

No I am not a freestyle dropout. We have been working on project for the last several months and we hope to put it in production tonight. So I have just been too busy to check in.

I received my freestyle book and have read it. Rhonda-thanks for recommending the book, it is very thorough and offers a lot of variety and the suggested workouts for each day-based on your own individual goals is great.

Let's see-Monday I did muscle endurance, Tues-KP&C, Wed-slept in, this morning was mic. Hopefully I can head to the gym for lower body wt training at lunch.

I have had great success with weight watchers. The reason I chose weight watchers was because I am an overeater. I luv, luv,luv to exercise, but my eating was just not where it should be.
