Today I am going to do SS lb, and cardio from KPC.
No book YET. I am starting to get a little frustrated. I called slimandfit yesterday, and someone called last night and told my son it would be here in a few days. My order must have gotten lost in the shuffle. BUMMER. Does it come UPS, or regular mail??
