Freestyle/Lower Body Check-in Thurs. 6/24

Hi ladies,

It's been a couple of days and I thought I'd get a post going.

Everyday this week I have done 2 miles of interval running on the treadmill at lunchtime. Today was pretty easy. I won't do it again until Monday though, just to give my knees a break. The morning workouts have been Boot Camp, KPC, PUB. Tomorrow is either the new High Step workout or Boot Camp again - I need to do something tough because I won't be running at lunch.

I'm eating cleanly and looking forward to my free day.
