I was just introduced to the www.djsteve.boy.com website, where you can download MP3 podcasts of hour-long steady-state music (techno/DJ mixes) or 10-week 5K or 8K training mixes with varying tempo intervals.
If music moves you, and you're looking for something to help you keep your pace up, I highly recommend them (I've downloaded several steady-state mixes, as well as the entire 8K series, and used the 143 bpm mix today for my walk).
