Friday's workout was Lower body Endurance from Pretty Fierce Lean out, Saturday's was Zcut cardio #3 & #4 & Sunday's was Zcut Strength #2 & #3, then later Pump Extreme.
Katie: I'm glad your cold is a getting better. I have no idea why anyone would make a dvd without music, makes no sense to me.

Wendy: I liked Zcut Strength #1, though it's not much different from the cardio. I just feel like it's not enough weight work. I guess I'm just used to a more length or more variety.
