Indeed, it is! I lived in North Buffalo when I went to UB. I lived on Highgate and our next door neighbor was murdered. We never did find out the scoop on that, but it was rumored that it was drug related. He was kind of a shifty looking little dude anyway. Always looking over his shoulder.
