I think I can finally say I have an alltime FAVORITE Cathe workout!!! (although I love 'em all) And the winner is...(drum roll please ) STEP, JUMP & PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This workout is truely superb!! The step section flies, the hi/lo is the jam, and strength training crazy hard for a circuit...in a very good way of course!
