FOUND IT!!

I think I can finally say I have an alltime FAVORITE Cathe workout!!! (although I love 'em all) And the winner is...(drum roll please:) ) STEP, JUMP & PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This workout is truely superb!! The step section flies, the hi/lo is the jam, and strength training crazy hard for a circuit...in a very good way of course! :) :) :)

I love SJP, too. For even more fun, try the premix that circuits each step segement with a hi/lo and weights segment. So, the workout goes:

step section 1; hi/lo segment 1; weights segment 1;
step section 2; etc. etc.

It's actually harder if you do it this way.

Isn't the music in this workout a hoot?

Thanks for the suggestion Fiddlefit!! That sounds like fun!! The only premix I've tried so far was this 90 minute step torture session!! I plead insanity. :+ :+ I love steppin' though! Maximus, you're too funny!! :)
 
For some reason I did SJP once a long time ago and didn't pick it up again until recently. I just love it now. As my HRM sees it, SJP is comparible to a Terminator workout and I just *love* my Terminators! I haven't tried the SJP premixes yet. Sounds like they are just as tough. Gotta put one of those premixes on the rotation for this week.
