Found a jewel of a quick Ab workout

Yesterday evening after doing Plyo Legs #3, I wanted to add on a quick Ab workout. I found this great 8-minute Abs chapter in Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps. It's really fantastic -- check it out sometime.

Oh -- btw, what's with the ONE-legged squat-thrust-jumps in Plyo Legs #3?? Talk about ROTFL, literally!! :eek:
 
You are so right. I love this ab workout too. About 2 years ago, this was my go to ab workout. Then I started the STS series. A few weeks back I was looking for this workout and could not remember which DVD it was in. After I read your post, I pulled it out and sure enough it was the one I had been looking for!!!!

I do S&H all the time and agree this is a great ab workout.

That is one of the reasons I like S&H so much.... it includes abs and planks!

You post prompted me be do this workout today. Thanks for reminding me about it. I tend to only do it when I do S+H. I have to make a note about this workout. It is quick and to the point! Thanks again!
