Hi Cathe! I've noticed that there are a number of questions that people ask you repeatedly, often because they're new or missed your previous answer. Have you thought about setting up a Frequently Asked Questions section where you could post your advice on things like weight loss, rotations, building muscle, leaning out legs, etc.? Maybe write one short column each month, gradually building up a tremendous fitness reference library. Thanks for considering it!
 
What a great idea Fitnancy! As a new forum member, I know sometimes I've got questions that have probably been asked and answered 100 times!

YEAH BECAUSE ALOT OF TIMES WE DO NOT READ THROUGH ALL THE POST AND ASK THE SAME QUESTION AND PEOPLE GET TESTY ABOUT IT. LIKE WE DID IT ON PURPOSE.
 
For those who are looking for general information or think these questions might have been answered before, you can also use the Search option. It'll pull up tons of references to your key words. Sometimes it takes a while to wade through, but I have always founds LOADS of helpful info that way. It's kind of fun, too.
