Is it possible to move this to above "Display Options" for quicker access? I don't need to see the icon legend and those other details each time. It would also be nice if it was replicated at the top of the thread listing. That way when you hit the forum and see that there is nothing new to read you don't have scroll to the bottom to switch forums.
