On the forum there a few weeks ago, a poster asked something like
".....can you believe someone would call Cathe a sadist? I have never done her workouts but what a horrible awful thing to say about a person...." The poster was going on and on about how bad it was for someone to call her that.

People were responding to her and telling her the name was ment in a joking manner. I told her anyone that can do leg presses with a 35-40 lb barbell and smile about it, well they are a sadist!

I have to laugh because I was on another forum that has a healthy living folder on it, and there was a discussion going on about exercise vids. Most of them were doing the new Firm series. Needless to say, Cathe's name got mentioned. Some were interested in her beginner workouts. Someone asked who she was and another poster replied "Oh, I've heard she can be tough, but I don't think she's any harder than the Firm, so I wouldn't waste my time checking her out!!!"

My mouth dropped!

Well, you know what they say about ignorance!
