I like the idea of having the high impact "stuff" in Kick Max in its own section that can be skipped, and would like to see that idea carried on into some other workouts. For example, in the next kickboxing workout you come out with, the workout could include 15 minutes of high impact OR 15 minutes of intense, low-impact kickboxing drills (kickboxing doesn't need high impact to be high intensity) or a combo of both.
Or how about a step workout that has the option of either a high impact section or a low impact section (since you don't want to use modifiers)?
