After using the Blast series (and INtensity Series), I have a few requests for DVD formats that I'd like you to consider:'
1) chaptering: in order to make it possible for those of us with programable DVD players to more easily make our own mixes without overloading the limit on our programming (mine is something like 22 chapter points), please consider making the "intro to a move" and "actual move" the same chapter. In both IS and BB, the section where Cathe says "now let's move on to X, pick up your weights" and the section where the first rep starts are separate chapters. If I were to choose chapters for a workout of my own design, I'd have to choose both of them, or be frustrated by starting the first rep with not enough time to prep.
2) music: please consider not including any "break up" songs or depressing songs on the soundtrack. Even though they are set to upbeat music, "Band of gold" (a woman abandoned by her sexually disfunctional new husband), "Can't live" (a suicidal dependant woman post-break-up?) aren't really conducive to the "female empowerment" we may feel when working out (and these and some of the other songs on BB can be very depressing! What if someone's break up song was "can't live"? )
Thanks for listening!
