Dear Cathe,

Hello! Karen Kay here -- a home exerciser and Historical Romance Author. I am writing to tell you that I believe that your workouts are the best on the market. I have many tapes here at home and one thing I notice about your workouts is that I can go heavier on weights with your workouts because afterwards, only those muscles worked are sore.

I have come to the conclusion that the reason I can go heavier is because you concentrate on one thing at a time -- you're not trying to do cardio at the same time you're doing weights usually -- and so I find I can concentrate on the matter at hand -- also I really appreciate all your form instructions. I believe that before I came to your tapes, I was using incorrect form, which accounted for my pulling muscles sometimes.

I appreciate also your humor and your down-to-earth style and I have recommended you to my friends who exercise -- and those who don't also.

Another thing I've noticed is that your workouts work the different muscle fibers -- the fast twitch as well as the slow twitch. Also, I had been looking for tapes that would give me anaerobics (these were hard to find until I found your tapes), plyometrics, aerobics, strength and flexibility, as I have read that exercise should give one all five in order to be full -- and your workouts do all this...and more...they're fun.

Anyway, I know I'm going on and on, but I really do love your workouts and I want you to know how much you are appreciated.
