FORM Q abt inner thigh squeezes in PP

Cathe, just did PP for the first time and REALLY, really liked it! I feel very nicely worked out all over. Those inverted shoulder presses are really something to aspire to, that's for sure. . . Thank goodness for Cedie!

Anyway, form question on the inner thigh squeezes with the ball. It looks to me like rather than having a neutral pelvis with the normal curve in the small of your back, you have a tucked pelvis with a flat back while you're squeezing that ball.

Unfortunately, I didn't really key into that until that segment was almost over and I'd done the whole thing with a neutral pelvis/natural curve.

So 1) do my eyes deceive me or do you indeed have a tucked pelvis, and 2) if you do, should we all be doing them that way? Is that critical to form or just a matter of personal preference?

last but not least, I LOVE the supermans (supermen?) on the ball! SO cool.

BUT, while I'm posting, I did Supersets yesterday and LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!

I definitely liked Push-Pull. It was good. I enjoyed myself. But Supersets is just the cat's meow!!! :9 Yum! AWESOME workout!

This is such a cool DVD. I am so happy with it! :7
