Form on Rear Kicks in KPC

Anyone know... when doing the rear kick should your knee/toe be facing down or to the side? I just did KPC this morning and noticed the girls doing them both ways. Is there a correct form I should concentrate on?

I'd say either toe facing the ground, or pointed out a *little* bit. I'd concentrate more on the pushing out and rechambering than on the exact toe position. Actually, don't force any position, just see what your body will do naturally when you "stomp" back, and that should be a good position for you.
