Forearm fatigue

Hi Cathe,
I just started with the GS series. I've been doing weights for awhile, but not as heavy as I'm doing with these workouts. I really like the results that I've seen so far!

I've noticed that my forearms are what fails fastest on me while lifting. Ex: when doing biceps, I struggle to get another curl in because I can't hold the weight any longer (not becuase my bicep is failing).
Is that normal? Should I be working to strengthen my wrists and forearms? Or will this come as I work more?

I'm not Cathe, but I do think that your forearms and wrists will strengthen up once they have gotten used to heavier weights like you're using in the GS Series.

Also, if you're of a mind to invest in another high-quality split-set series, I'd suggest getting the Slow and Heavy Series. I recall that it has a few sets of dumbbell wrist curls to strengthen the wrists and forearms; it might be the only Cathe series that does. These curls work.
