For Your '09 Road Trip Travel Plans -- Update!!!!

Hey everybody!

Here's an important first tidbit for you that you should consider when making your travel arrangements.

We Coordinators are already busy bees behind the scenes, and as usual, Cathe has tasked all of us in the RT planning group (herself included) with coming up with some wonderful NEW stuff for y'all. Of course, you KNOW that we'll deliver.

We plan to unveil some of this year's newest fun right from the start of the first official Road Trip event, which is our traditional FRIDAY NIGHT MEET & GREET. The M&G will begin on Friday afternoon around 4:00 (the exact time is still being tweaked). Being there from the beginning should be a priority for you!!

If you're flying in, you need to fly to Philadelphia. If you're taking Amtrak, you need to come into Philly's 30th Street Station. Cathe's gym is 30 minutes from the airport and about 35 - 40 minutes from the train station.

From both the Philly Airport and the Philly 30th Street Amtrak Station, our preferred shared-van transport service is Rapid Rover. We will be posting info soon on their 2009 rates and how to arrange for your transport.

Thanks for the great info! I would love to book my travel arrangements as soon as possible (trying to get the best price) but don't know what time to schedule my flight back home. Can you help me with that?

Any time after 2:00 is fine for your return flight on Sunday. As Kathy mentioned, we are busily working behind-the-scenes one of which is the hotel info. We will post this and other information as soon as we can.
