hi everybody 
i was thinking of trying this rotation, after feeling a bit, 'less lean'
than i had hoped after doing the bfl program (pyramids and minimal cardio) for 4 weeks.
i was wondering how it went for those who tried this july rotation...gosh, the rotation looks a bit scary and grueling..
was that last week just killer with imax 1 AND imax 2 in the same week? eek! :O (did you feel your muscles adequately recovered?) do you feel you lost fat and gained definition, (this is what i'm really looking for) as a result of this rotation?
