For those who did the July Rotation, How'd it go?

hi everybody :)

i was thinking of trying this rotation, after feeling a bit, 'less lean' :( than i had hoped after doing the bfl program (pyramids and minimal cardio) for 4 weeks.

i was wondering how it went for those who tried this july rotation...gosh, the rotation looks a bit scary and grueling.. :eek: was that last week just killer with imax 1 AND imax 2 in the same week? eek! :O (did you feel your muscles adequately recovered?) do you feel you lost fat and gained definition, (this is what i'm really looking for) as a result of this rotation?

I'm finishing up week two of the July rotation (got started late) and am loving it. It is so much fun and I love the variety of workouts (strength, pure cardio, circuit training). My body is really enjoying the variety and is responding well. I'm noticing muscle definition, particularly in my arms, and my cardiovascular endurance is peaking (I had taken some time off to redecorate my home and that was what suffered the most). I think and feel that everything is improving but what I like most is the fun factor. The rotation is a blast!!!!!!:7

I'm on the last week of this rotation and I've definitely noticed a nice new definition creeping into my arms and legs. (Just a note-I'm still working off postpartum weight, so I'm super happy to see some muscle again!) -Although I did go on vacation and missed Cardio Kicks through PLB... I decided to pick up on the day I got back, so after a week of bad eating and no exercise, I jumped in with Circuit Max and had (as Cathe would say) an out of body experience!! But I'm so glad I did it this way, because I was eager to do Boot Camp. I haven't seen a new August rotation yet, so I think I'm going to go back and pick up the rotation at the days I missed.

I highly recommend this rotation - it's very motivating!!

Hey bq,

The July rotation is awesome. I lost approx. 5 pounds, some definite change in my physique AND my body feels awesome. The variety of the workout is great. I was excited each day to see what was in store for my workout. I'm starting the August rotation in a few minutes and that looks just as promising.
