For those of you who Pre-Ordered STS back in the day.....

Do you remember if the 4 Squat Rack Leg workouts came with the pre order? I am only NOW starting an STS rotation (recovering from illness) after pre ordering it on day 1. However, I'm not finding those discs and now I'm not sure they even came with it. I assumed they were and was planning on using them.

I also pre-ordered, I just checked, the squat rack dvds came in it's own case and is labeled as Strength Meso 3, and in tiny letters on the spine it says something along the lines of options squat rack routine.

Thanks for that. Were they labeled with a disc number? I think in the book it says that they're number 37-40. I don't have those at all :\. When I pre order I always preorder everything, because I know I'll regret it if i don't. If they are lost, I'll be REALLY upset.

squat rack was a bear. hope you find them. I believe those were an option to order.

They were definitely included in the pre-order (along with the abs dvd and the book). Really was a great deal! I hope you find them!!

They were with the preorder. I just checked and plyo came in the larger meso 3 case, and squat rack stuff was in an additional case - a small one with just those 4 discs. Hope that helps!

Honestly, I have never in my life lost a DVD, let alone an entire piece of such a precious set. I'm beginning to wonder if I never received them. There is no sign of them anywhere - not the case, not the DVDs. I haven't used them until now, so it's not like they've been messed with. Because I knew I wouldn't be able to use them for quite awhile, I don't think I paid close attention when I received the set. I know I received ab circuits and the book. I mean, I still have the catalog that came with the package!

Now I'm pretty upset! If I didn't receive them for some reason, there's certainly nothing i can do about it now .

Thanks for the information, guys. I'll wallow in self-pity for awhile until I get over it, I guess.

Yeah, they are labeled 37-40. Sorry you can't locate them or maybe never even got them. Maybe you put them in a different location, not with the other STS larger cases? Even though there are 4 dvds in the case, it's the same size as a regular dvd case.

Not that this is a huge consolation, but the plyo legs are really fantastic workouts.

It is in a black DVD case similar to the Ab Circuits case, except with the picture of Cathe on the front like in the other meso covers. Is says "Strenth" on the spine of the DVD, so maybe take a peek in your DVD cabinet for a black case and white lettering of 'Strength' on the spine. Maybe it was put with your other DVDs? I hope you find it.

Thanks so much guys. I've torn everything apart multiple times and can't find them. I'm hoping they'll show up at some point when I least expect it, but considering that I've kept everything together from day 1, I'm getting the feeling I never got them. I could be wrong, but that's what I'm thinking.

Oh well. I guess for now I'll just see if I can write down what the workout is and do it on my own. Wow, I get more upset over missing DVDs than a missing credit card I'll have to find a way to get over it!
