Have fun girls! We three Coordinators have a "working dinner" on Thursday evening or we'd join you for sure, but we'll see you around the hotels later! By the way, if you go to the website for the Fairfield Inn, if memory serves me there is a link to local dining suggestions. Don't know what it shows you, but it might be helpful.
