Hello,

I sent an email to you through 'customer service' and 'contact us' on the 30th and 31st of Oct.and I haven't received a reply yet. The email was regarding my Intensity order. The email address that is posted at customer service is correct, right?

I emailed a few weeks ago and I never recieved a reply either.You may have to use their 1-800 number.~Linda~
 
Yes, email address posted at customer service is correct. We're just very busy with new videos and presale orders, so it may take a while for us to get back to you. You may want to email us again just in case we've lost you.
