? for SNM: e-mail notification when tapes are sent?

I noticed that people have been receiving e-mails when their BB tapes are sent. But I never received an e-mail when my high step was sent, so I am wondering why not then, and if I will receive an e-mail on the tapes-???

Maybe they are using the UPS e-mail tracking feature. Once you know your tracking number, you can get e-mails on the status of your package.

I just got my email notification, but the shipment went ground when I paid for overnight! I am upset to say the least! I'm sure there's been some mistake, and I've emailed SNM, but right now it's looking like I won't get my VHS until 10/27 :-(
