For people who do Tae Bo.

HI! I just got Billy's Bootcamp and I think I like it! I have a couple of older Tae Bo tapes too and I was just wondering how you guys work them into a rotation. Do you concentrate on Tae Bo for a couple of weeks or a month, or do you just add them in here and there as an alternate from of cardio? ( I guess it would be more like AWT for the Boot camp DVDs? ) With the two or three Tae Bo's I had, I just stuck them in here and there to change things up, but now that I have more of them, I'm wondering if I should concentrate on them for a while and see if I can see some interesting postive changes in my body. However, I fear I will get bored (or maybe, dare I say, irritated) spending every morning with Billy. I usually do about 80% Cathe and 20 % other things like Firm and Mindy. Thanks for any ideas.
 
I do Tae Bo also. I don't use it as a rotation alone. I just add it in here and there with Cathe. I'll do a couple days of Cathe and the treadmill and then throw in a Billy for a change. That way I have a good mixture and don't get too bored doing too much of any of the three.
