? For LOST Fans Please :)

Hello everyone,

I missed LOST last night and was dying to see it since the last episode was awesome and such a long time ago. I haven't been able to find any good summaries online. Would someone mind updating me on what happened? Did they address the Claire kidnapping or the thing Locke & Boone found in the jungle?

Isn't that show awesome!! They didn't address the kidnapping and the thing in the jungle was on preview for next week. This week went into more detail about Kate. The obnoxious guy (can't remember his name, the "con artist") found a case that Kate wanted. Her and doc dug up the dead agent, her "police escort" from the plane to get the key to unlock the case. To make a long story short, obnoxious guy eventually gave the case to doc, he & Kate opened it. In it was a "toy" airplane that was memorbilia from her dead boyfriend that she killed. During flashback scenes as to why the briefcase was important, we found out Kate was involved in a bank robbery with her boyfriend and his friends. She planned it and no one was supposed to be hurt. Her boyfriend went to shoot the bank manager and she wound up shooting him and their accomplises before they could shoot the manager. The guy who was friends with the pregnant girl was "depressed" throughout the show, and the "prissy" blonde was trying the help the ex-Republican guard translate the maps he found at the nutty lady's hut. They were written in French. Whew, a lot in one hour. Hope I didn't confuse you. I'm terrible with character names. Next week looks like a good one too!
 
From the next episode clips, Claire and Locke/Boone will have their issues addressed next week.

Also, huge waves have started eroding the beach and forcing the "beach" people more inland. The part of the plane that was on the beach will soon be washed out to sea.

The doc wanted Zaide(?spelling, the guy from Iraq) to go find the french woman again and he refused. He said the jungle was too dangerous. At the end the blonde girl who ws helping the doc and Ziade translate the french lady's documents went to sit by the fire with Zaide. She started talking with him and singing a french song that the lady had written the lyrics to over and over again on her documents. The clips for next week showed Boone confronting Zaide about spending time with his sister.

They spent a lot of time on "Freckles" this week. During the bank robbery, she also shot the other bank robbers. About 4 men all teoghter. She only wounded them. The discovery of the things in the marshall's case (money, 2 pistols, and "Freckles" personal effects) seemed to drive a wedge between her and the doc. ? may push her closer to Conner. Whew....they showed a swim scene with Freckles and Conner....Conner has a body that can make you drool!!!!!

Have I blabbed enough? Sorry! This is a good show!!!! :)
 
Thank you DML and Renee so much! DH messed up the programming to our ReplayTV and I missed Lost last night since I had to go to a dinner party for one of DH's coworkers. Lost and Desperate Housewives are the 2 shows I refuse to miss. Thanks again!
 
I just want to throw in that Kate never says that the toy airplane belonged to her boyfriend, but "the man I loved and killed." Wasn't she trying to get this out of the safe deposit box at the bank when her bank-robber boyfriend was still alive? I think she might be referring to someone else. Also, isn't the guy she was swimming with named Sawyer, not Conner?
 
Yep, Sawyer. Kinda cute, kinda sleezy. I think Kate is just the cutest thing, with that body and freckles. WOW! I'd love to look like that in a bikini!
 
Sawyer, yes. He's kinda hot. Actually, they all are except for the big guy (can't think of his name right now). I think the man Kate killed is her father,and I don't think it was a homicide. That's just my theory...but then again...I thought Brie's husband was gay and look how right I was there. Anyway...she definitely wasn't referring to the bank robber guy. She just used him to get to the safe deposit box.
 
I was going to reply to the Lost TV re-Cap, but everyone did a great job. It was awesome last night.
I agree that Freckles said the airplane belonged to the man she loved and killed. Never did say her"boyfriend" You may be right, it may have been her Father. And yes, the airplane was in the safe deposit box she robbed the bank to get to. interresting and alwasy has me on the edge of my seat. Lost and desperate Houswives are the best. I aslo watched the new show MEDIUM, this is also going to be a good one.
