Hey Lori,
I know I am probably driving you nuts but I am totally undecided about what rotation to do. I tried to p.m. or e-mail you but I couldn't so here are my thoughts for all the Cathe world to see...tee hee.
We could do the 3 week BB premix rotation or we could do a 4 week version of the Look Great in 8 rotation which would be the following:
Circuit Week:
Day 1: Run(I run on Mondays) or other cardio of choice
Day 2: SJ&P
Day 3: KP&C
Day 4: The Viper(I will make this up programming my DVD player)
Day 5: Step/Hi Lo Cardio Circuit Premix(BB)
Day 6: BC
Day 7: REST
Heavy Week:
Day 1: Run/PUB
Day 2: PLB/ME abs
Day 3: Step/Hi Lo Cardio Circuit Premix (BB) - I love this premix!
Day 4: PUB/SJ&P Step only premix
Day 5: PLB/Imax 2(Intervals 1-5 or 6-10 or skip cardio if too much)
Day 6: KP&C
Day 7: Rest
High Rep Week:
Day 1: Run
Day 2: ME
Day 3: KP&C
Day 4: PH Upper body only/L&G
Day 5: Step & Hi/Lo Premix - 90 min. or shorter premix of choice
Day 6: CTX Upper or ME Upper Body Split/Time Saver Day 5 lower body premix
Day 7: Rest
Supersets Week:
Day 1: Run/abs of choice
Day 2: Imax 1 or 2
Day 3: SS Two Sets premix
Day 4: KP&C
Day 5: Step/Hi Lo Cardio Circuit
Day 6: PP Total Body 2 Sets Premix
Day 7: Rest
I sort of like this b/c it allows us to use some other workouts besides the BB. Which looks more appealing to you at this time...the BB premix rotation or the latter? Let me know what you want to do!
