I read a post yesterday that mentioned you were a member of Global Health and Fitness, so I wanted to ask whether you would recommend it.
I'm "stuck" in a plateau that I cannot seem to get past and I'm very confused about whether I'm eating enough calories (1300 avg. - but I do try and "zig zag") to support my Cathe-sessions (5-6 days/week cardio+strength) without going into "starvation mode" etc. or whether I need to reduce my intake a little...
There's so much info out there! I'm also reading Leanness Lifestyle and considered Greenwalt's online program too. I just wonder whether my diet and exercise can be analyzed online effectively and whether I can get a tailored program together.
Any advice on one or both of these would be GREATLY appreciated!
