? for K60 Re "Loose Skin"

First off, congratulations on your weight lose! It sounds like you worked really hard to achieve it. In another thread you mentioned having a problem with loose skin in the stomach and thigh areas after losing your weight. I am in the same position now and it really is making me crazy:( Is there anything in particular that you did to get rid of the loose skin? Thanks for any input!
 
I was wondering the same thing. (I also enjoyed K60's posts);-)
I have that "loose skin" problem with my breasts. I have lost a lot of weight and am not even at my goal quite yet. It seems half of my breast size now is the skin. And there are some stretch marks but not a ton. What can you do for that if anything? Maybe a surgical lift of some sort? They can do face lifts, why not other area's?
PS can't ditch that sugar/white flour just yet. Not totally anyway. :-(

I did that dry brushing thing. I don't know if that did the trick or it just tightened back up on its own but it took awhile and I still have a little crepey junk on my inner thighs, which makes me nuts.

Search "skin brushing" on Google and you'll find lots of info. I think that T-Tapp woman advocates that as well.
