I found something that is pretty good and NO FAT. Only 120 calories for a single serving. It's something you buy from the health food store and some grocery stores carry them in the organic section. It's called NO PUDGE fudge brownies. All you have to do is add fat free vanilla or french vanilla yogurt. It's so chewy and tastes just like full fat brownies. You can make it a single serving by adding 2 tablespoons of the mix and one tablespoon of the yogurt. Mix it in a small microwavable container and put it in the micro. for 1 minute and it's done. You can do that at work if you need a quick chocolate fix and it even has some fiber in it. I tried it last night and I was surprised at how good it was. Just wanted to let you all know!

Hey Lisa! I eat these, and you are exactly right! They are very yummy! They also come in a few different flavours: regular, raspberry-chocolate, and ah, chocolate mint (?). Yum yum!

I've never heard of them. I'll have to take a gander in the organic food section next time I go shopping. I do love brownies on occassion, but almost never have them. And again, if I do make them...we'll keep 3 at the house (one for each of us) and send the rest to preschool. Let the teachers work for their money with the sugar high they'll be dealing with.:)

Ooooh! The mint and cappuccino flavored ones are great! I love how you can make single servings of them so you don't have a whole pan of brownies laying around. Just don't make the mistake I made the first time I tried the mint chocolate brownies and used strawberry yogurt (it was the only kind of yogurt I had at the time). Awful, I tells ya! :D
