For best results is it best to weight train each muscle group at a time or

Can you weight train the whole body all at once and get the same results? TY!

While I am by no means an expert...I really don't think there's any wrong way to train. IMHO, all forms of strength training have their benefits..

Splits allow me to focus fully on each body part a little bit more than a total body workout would, whereas hitting the entire body would basically mean less time spent weight training, leaving me more time for cardio.

IMHO, the more we can vary it up, the better.

What "results" are you looking for: leaning out and burning fat? Gaining muscle? Getting stronger? Functional fitness?
