Hi everyone!

Lately there have been a lot of people asking for which workout could substitute for which other workout and which workouts are upper body only, etc. I've been working on a 'Cathe Compendium' of sorts for the past couple weeks. It covers all of the workouts that are currently on DVD (31 DVDs, but I couldn't tell you off the bat how many workouts that is). The Compendium is a MS Word document in table format that breaks down the workouts into the following categories:

Weights Only:
Full Body
Upper Body Only
Lower Body Only

Cardio Only:
Kick Boxing
Step Aerobics
Hi/Lo
Intervals

Circuits

Core Only (covers every core section)

Premixes

The following information is included for each workout:
name of workout
which DVD it is on
whether or not abs are included in the workout
how long it is in minutes
what equipment it requires

There is also a rudimentary rating system for difficulty level that you can use or modify to rank the workouts according to how challenging they are to you

I'll should be finished with it by this coming weekend. If anyone would like a copy, I can send it to you as an attachment in an email. Just shoot me an email and I'll send you a copy when I'm doe with it. Also, in the next few days, if you can think of anything else you would like to see in it (keeping in mind there are some space constraints when creating a table), just post it here and I'll see what I can do.

I'll post this in the Video Comments forum too.

The response has been overwhelming so far! Very exciting! I'm shooting for Sunday as the 'mail out day' and I'll post under the subject: "Cathe Compendium Help!" for any input or information I may need!

Thanks for everyone's support and enthusiasm!
