Hi Amie, I've been keeping up to date with your competition and have a question for you regarding diet. I've been working towards a more defined shape. I have plenty of muscle and now am dieting to decrease the fat. I've increased the protein to about 120 grams per day and cut out starchy carbs. I've been getting all my carbs from veges and some fruits.
I've been doing Cathe's intensity series but with a heavier weight.I have also increased the cardio to 5-6 days a week for 35mn to an hour.
How long do you think it takes before results are evident? Do you give yourself the 3+ months because that's how long it takes before you're in top form? I'd say like you I have 10-15 pounds to lose-though I'm not going to compete!;) Also about how many calories do you take in a day? I'm averaging 1400 - would this be too low or high?
