Amazon now has the cover up of Angie's up and coming kettlebell workout--(http://www.amazon.com/Power-Body-Ke...ef=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1231596512&sr=1-1) and she looks absolutely fabulous on it! I haven't tried kettlebells (yet) but really would like too. Here is the write up about the workout: Blast calories, build endurance and optimize your workout time...welcome to Power Body Kettle bell Bootcamp! You will experience an amazing cardiovascular and strength training workout using one of the most popular fitness tools today the kettlebell. It is a versatile piece of fitness equipment for all-over body conditioning, strength and power training, and endurance building. This workout is designed to have a quick learning curve while burning maximum calories. The key to getting the most out of this workout is to learn how to do the exercises properly and safely by following instructor Angie Miller in the easy-to-learn tutorial. Practice the exercises until you are comfortable and confident in all the movements and be patient. You'll boost your metabolism and burn fat, even while you're practicing. Power Body Kettlebell Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Throughout the workout, Angie uses a 15 pound kettlebell. If you're just beginning you may want to begin with ten pounds and as you progress, you can increase the weight of your kettlebell. This will allow you to experience continued improvement in your strength and overall fitness level. There is also a modifier who will show variations to the exercises that might require more flexibility, balance, or strength. Whether you're an advanced or beginning kettlebell exerciser, you will find Power Body Kettlebell Bootcamp refreshing, challenging, and heart pumping!

Does anyone have any suggestions for really good kettlebell workouts with good production quality? I thought I saw a clip or read somewhere but can't remember what the title was--I think it was lead by a male but had a female in the workout with him??

I think Amy Bento is filming a kettlebell workout with Greg soon, I think. That should be good.

Amy will be filming with Greg, and will be filming (or 'refilming') a KB workout, but they are two separate things.

Amy already filmed a KB workout for some company (the same that came out with Phil Ross' over-the-top, outrageously hard KB workout that many people didn't like, including me), but they decided to redo it and make it more beginner friendly.

Amy filmed w/ Power Body in Dec. I think its supposed to be released in March as well. It will consist of 3 workouts beginner, intermediated, and advanced.

Denise R,

I highly recommend Providence, Newport, and Santa Monica from AOS (www.aos.com). Also, Steve Kotter's Extreme Kettlebell Workouts. For beginners, Iron Core puts out some good ones. Jump onto the AOS website and check out the Minute of Strentghs. You can learn so much about correct form, etc. just from browsing this site. It's really important that you start the exercises with good form so you don't get hurt, then add the intensity.

Also from AOS...

I also recommend the AOS Kettlebell Training Clinic (a two-disc set including a tutorial and workout disc).

AOS is a good company and the website is very informative. (www.artofstrength.com)

(Denise, the video you're referring to is probably "The Kettlebell Way," which is available on the AOS website.)
