Francine & I are going to meet at Cathe's on Monday, February 3 for the 4:30 Body Pump class. Anyone else want to join us?

Ooh - I just might be able to do that! I'd have to leave work early but I think I could swing it. If by chance I couldn't do it this monday, will you be doing it again in the near future? I'd absolutely love to join you. ;-)

I'm within driving distance of Cathe but would be petrified to take a step class with her. I wonder if she ever does strength training classes?
