Hi Cathe,

Which of your workouts are best suited for developing speed and explosiveness in competitive athletes?

Thanks for any recommendations you can make.
 
Hi Dbeckma! I would probably have to say Imax 3, Imax (original) and Imax 2 (and in that order).
