Foot & Toe question.

Ok...I hope this isn't a wierd question for you guys.

I like to wear my workout sneakers a bit wider in the toes. The only problem is that I get calusses (spelling?) on the outside of my big toes. I've used pumice stone to get rid of them, but I don't know really how to take care of my feet. Is that wierd or what? Anyway, what do I do to either avoid the calusses or get rid of them when I do get them?

Can anybody help me?

To prevent and get rid of calluses, I think the best thing to do is to make sure you exfoliate and moisturize. The Tweezerman Pedro stone is a pretty cool filing tool, a little pricey at almost $20 at Sephora, but it is supposed to last forever. After you exfoliate with that, moisturize with something on the heavy side and slip on some socks overnight. Any socks will do, but they do have "special" cotton socks that they sell with some pedicure kits.

I really like the Earth Therapeutics foot products- http://www.earththerapeutics.com If you find something you like, check out http://www.houseofnutrition.com/earth-therapeutics.html They have great discounts.

Good luck!
