Hi Cathe, I recently added your Maximum Intensity Cardio and Interval Max tapes to my workout routine. I've been working out for a long time so I wasn't anticipating any problems using these advanced tapes. But I notice the arches of my feet are very sore afterwards. Am I doing something wrong or is there something extra I should do during the warm up to prevent this? Thanks for your help. I've been doing your strength training tapes for quite awhile and really enjoy all of them. Sheila
 
I have a lot of foot problems because I have flat feet and I get arch pain (or pain where the arch should be) when I do high impact workouts so I only do them once a week.

First off, make sure you get shoes with good built in arch support and then do the tapes and see if that makes a difference. You may have to do them less often or you may have to seek help for the problem, but your shoes are the first thing to look at.
