Jes, are you okay? First off, it's August 3rd, not the 9th:p

And did you really eat all that for breakfast???}(

Breakfast - 1 cup mixed high fibre cereal with soy milk, 1 piece 12 grain toast with natural pb
Snack - Apple with low fat string cheese
Lunch - WW tortilla with tuna, spinach, cheese and avocado

Not sure what lies ahead:)
 
Hey everyone,

I want to join this because so far my list of what I've had today is pretty pitiful! Look at this!!

Breakfast- protein shake with banana and 1% milk.
snack- usually have this,but woke up too late is lunch is my next meal.
lunch- bowl of macaroni and cheese, and some grapes

probably will have yogurt for snack today. Dinner, who knows!

I'll join in...this is just healthy eating check in kind of thing..right?

breakfast: protein shake
snack: apple with 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
lunch: nofat, low sugar yogurt, turkey, tomatoe, lettuce, pickle on low carb pumpernickel
snack: salad with grilled chick, mushrooms, egg, tomatoes and cucumbers

After I get home and workout a protein shake..and not sure about dinner yet, probably orange roughy

S - Protien Bar, Apple, Peanuts
L - Spinach salad with chicken, cucumbers, low fat feta and balsamic vinegar
S - Plain yogurt with raspberries, Splenda and 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean mixed in
D - Salmon, veggies, sweet potato
S - Protien Shake

Today is my high calorie day. I don't normally have that many protien shakes and bars in one day.

b-whey protein shake after workout-cherrios with strawberries and whole milk
s-a banana
L- big salad with chicken
D-}( 4 slices of pizza and 2 miniture 3 musketeers
my daily diet is never flawless but it keeps me from binging.
 
I guess we're all on the protein shake kick today!

So far:
Breakfast: protein shake, Kashi Go Lean Cereal
Snack: String cheese, yogurt
Lunch: Rigatoni, cottage cheese w/mandarin oranges, salad

Planning on having:
Snack: String cheese, grapes
Dinner: Veggies, sweet potato, protein shake

:+ No! i am NOT well!:p and you know what a morning person i am. Of course i did nto have all that for breakfast:9 in fact, i deviated completely! shocking i know;-)

let me try this again:

breakfast: eggwhites with turkey and cheese
SNACK: protein shake with mashed potatoes and peas
lunch:skipped it:eek:
dinner: mac and cheesex( and a gi-normous salad

i need more protein so i may have a can of beans later}( i am in no mood for meat. and i want eggrolls!:9 :9 :9

Hey everyone,

Posted earlier what I had eaten for BKF, lunch earlier. This afternoon for snack I had another protein shake with 1% milk and a banana. I don't know if that is good having two shakes in the day, but that's what it was. For supper I have superlean hamburger and baked fries. so you see my diet is very embarrassing compared to some of you. I almost hesitated to do this, but I figured some of you ladies would give me some pointers!

Also I usually eat bkf,snack,lunch,snack and dinner. but sometimes I sleep too late!
