FOLLOW UP POST TO TREADMOVES

I LOVED IT!!!!! I just finished and as you may remember in previous posts I hate treadmill work. This was PERFECT for me it was 45 minutes. It is on DVD. She does knees up, hamstring curls, kicks, weight work for upperbody, incline, skip, shuffle, run on the side HOLY COW I Never knew you could run on the side. It was great! Variety was awesome! I did trip a couple times till I got the hang of it and cashed into the wall once my foot got caught trying to get the footwork the first time. So anybody that wants variety on DVD this was great the time flew buy I burned 400+ calories not including weights. After the 45 minute treadmill work She finished up with 3 sets of Pushups and ab work. I was sweating buckets. Just thought I would share. I am going to see if I can find a website and see if they have more. Netflix only has two.
