I propose a series of three DVD's, each of which focus on a different area.
DVD 1: "lower body focus" contains a step cardio workout, a lower-body resistance and plyo workout (using some traditional weigth moves like squats and lunges, but also balance/functional moves like 1-legged squats, and plyo moves like jump squats), with a bonus 10-mn stretch for the lower body (in addition to the stretch with each workout. There is also a premix that alternates cardio and resistance work.
DVD 2: "Upper body focus" contains cardio focusing on upper body (boxing and moves that use a medicine ball to add resistance to the upper body while doing regular hi-lo), an upper-body resistance workout (set up in a circuit sequence: a chest exercise followed by a shoulder exercise then by a triceps exercise, back exercises alternating with biceps), with a bonus 10-minute upper-body-focused stretch. There is also a premix that alternates cardio and resistance work.
DVD 3: "Core focus" contains a cardio workout that uses moves that bring in the core (cross-body movements; balance moves that engage the core, like skater jumps from one leg to the other, while holding a medicine ball and moving it in a figure 8 pattern; kickboxing moves that tie in the upper and lower body and use rotation, like cross-body punches and roundhouse kicks), a core resistance workout incorporating a medicine ball to do moves like standing woodchops and rotations moves, and a bonus stretch that focuses on the mid-body.
