First, I have to say all of your leg workouts are the best!!
However, right now I cannot do standing leg work. :-( I have been utilizing L&G, GSL and PLB floor a lot in the last few months. I was doing PLB floor today in fact, then I got thinking. It would be so nice to have a longer just floor work DVD to do w/high reps. I love using the stability ball and the band w/the floor work. The band really gets in there good. I've been trying to come up with my own variations to avoid boredom, but I just like working out with you and your crew! It's much more motivating!
