flooring

Hi Cathe,

Thanks for you advice on our flooring. When I was asking about rubber matting on the floor under the equipment, I was really asking how sensitive to scratches, dents, etc. the Taraflex would be (in particular, from my husband's free weights). I wondered if we would need to put the rubber matting on top of the Taraflex.

I appreciate your suggestions for adding a subfloor under the aerobic area. I do plan on doing hi-impact sometimes. Does the Taraflex have a rubber feel to it or does it feel more like wood? Are there other flooring products out there that you prefer?

I know that you hear compliments all of the time from this forum, but you probably don't mind hearing some more. You really make a difference in so many lives! I have used your tapes (I have almost all of them except the first couple) since my second child was born five years ago and going to the gym just didn't seem to work out anymore. There's nothing that compares to your workouts! They keep me motivated and challenged and in shape. The also help keep me de-stressed - helping me to be a better mother and a better person!

Thank you!
