Hi All,
I am working on renovating my basement workout space, including the flooring. I am wondering what options there are for flooring that will allow the discs to slide. I currently have interlocking rubber mats and they do not allow paper plates or frisbees to slide, so I am assuming that the discs won't slide on them either. I am concerned about retaining the same cushioning level as the rubber mats. I have considered just putting an area rug over the rubber mats, but other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks to all who respond.
Linda
